Incredible

Brian and I bought Declan an "Incredibles" costume at the Disney Store because it was marked down soo much. Declan loves to dress up as "Superman". To Declan, all superheroes are called Superman (sorry Spiderman!).
Credits to Atomic Cupcake for the actions.

Stacy

This is a page of my first-cousin's daughter, Stacy with my son Declan. Declan (like ALL children) LOVES LOVES LOVES Stacy. She is the pied-piper of children. Luckily for children everywhere, she is going to college to be a teacher!
This is Declan in February 2006 - he couldn't even walk yet! :)

Sunset

This is a page featuring Declan and his daddy. When Declan was five months old we took him on his first "overnight" trip to spend the weekend at our friend's cottage (Hi Mo!) He had a blast and so did we! (Although, I still went to bed before 11pm each night!) Credits: Blue Flower and Twisted Ribbon by Kristin Cronin-Barrow at www.acherryontop.com

Melinda's Page

This is a page I did of me! There aren't a lot of pictures of me around the house because I'm always behind the camera! This shot was taken in my backyard by my dad last summer (06). I really like that hat and I was able to find "paper" that is a good match. Credits - Shabby Mommy kit by www.shabbyprincess.com

Beautiful Boy

I made this page last night as part of the Photoshop Friday hosted by J Sprague at www.spraguelab.squarepants.com. This is a picture of Declan taken on 2/11/07. He wasn't feeling that well that day. The Beautiful Boy titling was inspired by John Lennon's lullaby "Beautiful Boy". (I sure love that song). Credits: blackflower and charm bow by Melany Violette. Flower Brush by Atomic Cupcake.

Merilynn

This has to be one of my all-time favorite pages. I used the Echoes of Asia Kit by Jessica Sprague and I love, love, love the look and feel of this page. This photo is from Grand Cayman, 2005. We were sitting on the covered porch of this restaurant on the beach and it was BRIGHT and HOT! Good time! :)

Declan May 2005

This is a sweet page of Declan in his "Amby" bassinet about a month after he was born. Swaddling helped him sleep!

Easter 2006

This one shows Declan at Easter last year. I created the "paper" and "elements" myself. Just love his little lips in this one!

Snow Day

This is a page I made using the Moody Blues freebie from www.shabbyprincess.com. Declan was enjoying the snow!

Seven Days Old

This is a page showing Declan when he was only seven days old! How time flies!

Frog Hair

This is Declan's Halloween portrait, October 2006. I posted this online at scrapbookstudio.com too. Here is the original link and posting (with credits) http://www.scrapbookgraphics.com/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=6370&cat=500&ppuser=6726

Beach Boys

This was the first page that I posted to an online digital scrapbooking forum. It was for a "scraplift" challenge where I copied the style of someone else's page. It one of my favorite pages and I love the picture of Brian and Declan. The picture is from December 2005 when we went to Grand Cayman with my mom and dad.

The original posting is at http://www.scrapbookgraphics.com/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=6326&cat=582 and I "scraplifted" Traci Sims (all the credits are listed at the above site).

My mom

This is a page I did of my mother holding me when I was about two or three. It was for a scraptherapy challenge at www.studiographics.com and I used the template from the challenge as well. It was a lot of fun to make and I love the way it turned out. Here is the original posting (with credits) http://www.scrapbookgraphics.com/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=6327&cat=500&ppuser=6726

First time...

So here I go jumping into the sea of blogs with my own little attempt. Today was my mother's retirement party, twenty five years at one place. It was heartwarming to see all her friends and hear their beautiful speeches. I made a scrapbook for my mom showing all the different roles that she's played in her life, mother, daughter, grandma, friend, etc. It was fun to make and fun to give! I'll be posting my scrapbook pages here for my friends and family to view and comment on. Enjoy!

Mostly digital scrapbook pages for my friends and family...
